Amanda Young, PTA

Amanda Young, PTA was born and raised in Texas. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2008. She then went to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, graduating from Houston Coleman College of Health Sciences in 2012. Amanda has been working in an outpatient orthopedic setting since graduating from school. She has a passion for improving the quality of life for her patients through manual therapy and functional exercise. Amanda strives to provide a fun and energetic therapeutic experience and believes that a positive environment is a pivotal component to recovery.

Amanda moved to Colorado Springs in 2018 from Houston, TX with her husband. She enjoys CrossFit, skiing, hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
